Photographer Coralie Lescieux traveled from her home in France to Hamburg, Germany, to capture this engagement session. Lescieux spent a full day with the couple, walking all across the city to create some romantic, spontaneous and versatile portraits.

For this particuar setup, the photographer stood across the street and pointed her lens toward the embracing couple. She was hoping to find some movement, so when she saw these bicyclists approaching, she got her camera ready. “What I didn’t expect was for the bicyclist to look over at them,” Lescieux says. “That was a surprise, and this element adds such meaning to the photo.”
