Simone Miglietta describes himself as a hopeless romantic and dreamer, curious and fascinated by people and their stories. “I follow my inspiration and everything catches my attention. For this reason, some people have defined my style as a blend of photojournalism and creative portraiture to create timeless photos.”

Miglietta says he started to photograph weddings for a photographic studio in Florence “only for money. But when I realized that wedding photography could be amazing, I decided to become a full-time wedding photographer and I opened my own business. It was full of sacrifices, time spent studying and experimenting, taking workshops, and having meaningful interactions with other wedding photographers.”

His final word on his style? “Empathy is my mantra when shooting a wedding, and this helps me to get excited and to be emotionally involved.”
