Couples have described Alex and Cassandra Olguin’s style as whimsical and moody. The photographers like to think of it as “quite cinematic and romantic,” they say, “one that recreates the emotions that were felt on the day, while keeping the true colors and contrast.” The duo achieves this with a shallow depth-of-field and creative interpretations of natural light. They use Sony mirrorless cameras and lenses and their own preset that, after some time tinkering to perfect it, works with a variety of lighting scenarios.
