On the way to Cuixmala, a private estate on a nature reserve on the Pacific coast of Mexico, Dallas and Sabrina Kolotylo spotted this coconut grove, grown as part of the farm system on the grounds where they produce all their own food, Dallas explains. “We absolutely loved the symmetry of the coconut trees,” he says, “so we suggested the spot to Nathan and Felicia and we made it down there as the light was getting nice and golden. I was trying to compress the scene to exaggerate the ‘aisle’ look of the trees, and also let them have a bit of a personal moment.”
