Canon will add a new entry-level mirrorless camera, its first image-stabilized 85mm lens, three tilt-shift lenses and a new macro flash to its portfolio this fall.

The M100

The new M100 features a 24.2-megapixel APS-C-sized CMOS sensor with a native ISO of 100-25,600 and Canon’s DIGIC 7 processor.

The camera incorporates Canon’s Dual Pixel CMOS AF autofocusing system plus a revamped touch-based interface that supports touch focusing. The 3-inch display can be raised above the camera body for the all-important selfie. You’ll enjoy continuous shooting speeds up to 6fps with focus fixed on the first frame or 4fps with continuous AF engaged.

The M100 can’t record 4K video but does capture full HD/60p video.

Additional features include:

• In-camera RAW conversion
• HDR Backlight Control mode that brackets three images to cope with scenes with strong backlighting and contrast
• Creative filters such as bold, fish-eye, grainy film and more.
• Wi-Fi, NFC and Bluetooth

The M100 ships in October for $600 with the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens. It is available for pre-order now. A kit with the EF-M 15-45mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM lens and EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM lens will set you back $950.

EF 85mm f/1.4 IS USM

Canon’s newest portrait-friendly prime, the EF 85mm f/1.4 IS USM, will be its first EF 85mm lens with image stabilization. You’ll get up to four stops of shake correction, per CIPA standards.

The 85mm lens has nine aperture blades The lens is weather-sealed with fluorine coating on the front lens element to make it easier to clean. It can focus on objects as close as 33.5 inches.

The Canon EF 85mm f/1.4 L IS USM is set to ship November 2017 for $1,599. It’s available for pre-order now.

Tilt-Shift Lenses

Also due in November are three new tilt-shift macro lenses: the TS-E 50mm f/2.8L Macro lens, TS-E 90mm f/2.8L Macro lens and TS-E 135mm f/4L Macro lens.

Canon went back to the drawing board for its new tilt-shift lenses, adding features like anti-reflective and Sub-wavelength Structure coatings and molded aspherical elements that the company claims improves image quality over earlier iterations of the lenses.

The outer designs have also been tweaked with larger tilt, shit and lock knobs, a larger lock-release button and a strengthened tilt-lock mechanism to prevent accidental tilting. You can rotate the axis of tilt to better position the lens for the shoot you want.

The TS-E 50mm has an 8.5-degree tilt angle, a shift range of +/- 12mm and a minimum focusing distance of 10 inches. It has a magnification of 0.5x. It will retail for $2,199 and is available for pre-order now.

The TS-E 90mm boasts a tilt range of +/- 10 degrees, a shift range of +/- 12mm and a minimum focusing distance of 16 inches. You’ll enjoy a maximum magnification of 0.5x. The lens will retail for $2,199 available for pre-order now.

Finally, the TS-E 135mm lens features the same tilt and shift parameters as the 90mm lens but with a slightly more distant close-focusing range of 19 inches. It will retail for $2,199.
