When it comes to shooting luxury weddings, Virginia Beach photographer Keith Cephus says this one of Irish and Tres Savage, at the Chrysler Museum in Norfolk, Virginia, can’t be beat. “What I really loved about this wedding was how well orchestrated it was by luxury wedding planner Tanya Wilbon from the Event Group, Intl,” Cephus says. “Her team did a masterful job in directing and giving me ample time to photograph the amazing couple and their guests. I also loved the amazing details of this wedding, like the stunning floral designs from Isha Foss Events, which are just as important as any other aspect of the wedding in a setting like this.”

While there was some rain to dodge during the bridal portraits, Cephus was able to cope, even while he was trying to capture his “signature portrait” of the bride and groom, he says. “The couple valued the importance of photography and gave me plenty of time while the light dwindled and the rain continued at a steady pace. Luckily, my assistant helped me with an umbrella to protect my gear.”
