Zagreb, Croatia-based photographer Maja Jokic was all set to do a boho styled shoot in January amid freshly fallen snow. That’s not too much to ask given that part of the world, right? “But, of course, when you need it the most,” Jokic says, “there’s none to be found.”

That didn’t stop the concept: “I decided to add a snow effect in Photoshop, which turned out to be the hardest thing when it comes to this frame because it took me a while to find an appropriate layer for this bird’s eye perspective.”
