This image, photographed at South Pointe Park in South Beach, Miami, resonates a lot for Vanessa, of Vanessa & Johnny Photography and Video, because what she is missing most right now is taking this type of sunrise engagement photo session.

“While theses sessions were always so difficult to wake up for,” she admits, “once we were at the beach watching the magic of the sun rising while no one else was around, it was always pure magic. We live about a mile from this beach and even though these types of spots all closed right now, I would do anything just to revisit this session.”

And while Vanessa says she’s been to this beach hundreds of times, for Daniela and David’s special shoot, she says “this magical log just happened to be there suddenly. It was awesome.”

Vanessa directed the young couple to climb onto the log, embrace each other and engage in a soft, gentle kiss.
