When photographer Leonie May approaches her work, she’s looking to showcase two things, she says: the beauty of nature and the beauty of human intimacy. This picture represents both of those things for her.

“You wouldn’t believe that these two hadn’t met each other before this shoot,” she says. “Take away the phones, social media and life’s endless distractions, put two people in beauty and see the beauty that comes from it. We danced together, we walkie-talkied to each other for direction and we just had fun.”
