“Getting-ready photos can be a portion of the wedding day where you put your creativity on autopilot and just snap the usual happenings,” says photographer Josh Pruitt of IvyWild Visuals. “However, I believe it’s crucial to always be searching for emotions that tell a story as well as moments that offer a glimpse into the relationships between the people in the photo.”

Here, Pruitt says he especially loved the room’s window gentle light, illuminating the whole scene as the party “gathered around the bride and admired her as the finishing touches of makeup were applied.”
