For Wieslaw Olejniczak, a wedding photographer from Poland who is based in Chile, this portrait of newlyweds Daniela and Andi epitomizes what he loves most about his craft.

“I felt honored to photograph their wedding; it was very special and very beautiful,” Wieslaw describes. “The venue, Casa Cau Cau in Caleta Horcon, Chile, was magical and looks just like Greece.”

The photographer adds that because he had just a few minutes for couple portraits, he decided to do the shoot the day after the ceremony. “We walked next to the coast shooting funny photos with people around and then just before sun went down we found this spot.”

Wieslaw says that the couple was tired after their wedding party so by the time this photo was taken, they really just hugged in the most natural way. “After that, the sea and the birds made it all come together. It was definitely my favorite photo from our time together,” he adds.
