Malaysia-based photographer and videographer Faiz Bakar (of The Dialogue Lifestyle and Wedding Photography) says he fell in love with the texture of this wall and had to incorporate it into his couple’s portrait session after the ceremony.

“Initially, I wanted to have the portraits taken on the rooftop of the event space in Kuala Lumpur, but the moment I saw this wall, I fell in love with it,” he explains. “I chose a silhouette style because it conveys more emotion and lends a dramatic element to the picture. I rarely use silhouette in my work but when the right time comes, it adds so much to an image.”
