The bridal party was a little behind schedule during the getting ready process at this wedding in Laredo, Texas. Photographer Pepe Jimenez of Zero Photography (@zero_photography_official) was in the room photographing the bride’s shoes during the pre-wedding rush when he heard the bride frantically asking around for hairspray. When Jimenez looked over, he saw what was about to happen and quickly aimed his camera at the action.

“She sprayed the little guy with endless amounts of hairspray,” the photographer recalls. “You can just see the look on his face as the bottle came toward him. He was not happy.”

For Jimenez, this particular image captures the peak of anticipation. “There is some slight motion blur seen on the spray can but no spray, which suggests this was just fractions of a second before Mom went full Saturday Night Fever mode on him!”
