“I’m a bit of a sucker for road markings,” explains Leeds, UK-based photographer Ryan Learoyd, of Shutter Go Click Photography. While Learoyd has had venues dictate to him where he can shoot photos, he finds it much more interesting to seek the not-so-often-used locations for wedding photos—like road markings.

“This was taken later in the day with the bridesmaids right after the meal,” he recalls. “I tend to do the bridesmaids and groomsmen shots at this point in the day—they’ve normally had a few more drinks, need a break from being inside and are way more up for taking some fun pictures. Here, I only had a little bit of time, so we got as far as the car park. I positioned them in a way that pleased my brain and took the shot.”
