Self-described “Canadian-gone-Dutch” photographer Diana Lubbers met couple Sharmaine and Alvin via a Facebook modeling group two-and-a-half years ago.

“I was building my portfolio and was super fresh to the world of photography,” she explains. “We hit it off immediately and since then have forged a very strong friendship. I have had the opportunity to have three sessions with them, including their maternity session. Their love for each other and their deep connection is so beautiful to capture. I feel honored each time they invite me to share in such special moments in their lives.”
