A Bubbly Exit

This bride’s mom had a really special surprise planned for her daughter and new son-in-law during their reception at the Secluded Garden Estate in Temecula, California. As the couple made their grand exit, she planned to have a snow machine go off that would shower the couple with bubble-like flurries. Unfortunately, the machine ran out of “snow” before the couple had a chance to exit their reception.

But that little snag was no problem for cool-headed photographer Dani Purington. The slight hiccup only caused a brief moment of panic before she was able to get things back on track. “Being a problem-solver, I told everyone to pick up some of the ‘snow’ from the ground and to blow it at the couple as they ran down a line of people for their exit.”

The result is a candid capture of her clients, delightfully surprised by the bubbles. “They were thrilled,” Purington says, “and you can really see it on their faces in this shot!”
