Throughout the month of November, our Photo of the Day series will be taken over by each of Rangefinder‘s newly minted 30 Rising Stars of Wedding Photography in 2019. Katrin and Marco of Plan Liebe would call their collective photographic and filmmaking style as romantic, peaceful and melancholy. With Katrin shooting stills and Marco filming motion, they try to remain observant in an artistic way.

Inspired by stories, music, movies and people, they keep post-processing minimal while focusing on giving emotions more expression with moody tones. “For us, it is the beauty in the chaos and moments of longing,” they say. “That’s what we’re trying to put into our work. We think it’s about embracing every heartfelt, intimate emotion and thoughtful detail along the way.”
