Second Half International Photography Competition

This is my first official blog, and I hope that there will be many more to follow!

Our second half International Photography Competition opened today and I’d like to encourage new WPPI members to take advantage of this competition.  It will allow you to have your work critiqued by some of the best of the industry.  Because this is now an online competition, the judges are able to comment on your images and provide constructive criticism – or glowing praise!  And many members use this competition as a way to determine what images should be entered in the Awards of Excellence 16 x 20 Print Competition, which opens the day after the second half IPC ends (one closes on November 14 and one opens on November 15).  So get on your computer, check out your favorite images, and join the competition!  You can find the rules and how to register at:  https://www.wppionline.com/competitions.aspx
