Want a chance to learn from some of the best photographers in the field, in a small, intimate classroom setting, but can’t afford the high workshop costs?  Make sure to check out the MasterClasses that will be offered at WPPI 2011.  Classes are limited to 35 attendees, and cost just $50 for one, or three classes for $100.  The schedules and descriptions for the MasterClasses are now online, and we’ve got a great line-up!  In addition to the over 15 classes on Lighting and Posing, 10 classes on shooting Portraits, and many classes on Business/Marketing, there are some other unique classes that you might not have seen, including:

  • David Beckstead teaching a class on “From Composition to Presentation: The Art of Increasing Your Print Competition Scores.”
  • A two-part class by Khara Plicanic on “Photoshop’s BFF: The Awesomeness of InDesign”
  • Garrett Nudd, a former magazine editor, teaching a class on “Getting Published” in wedding and bridal magazines
  • Makeup 101 with essential tips for photographers on how makeup affects photos, and how to touch up clients makeup.

Registration for all of these classes will open on November 3 at 9:00 am (PST).
