Leica Will Have a Lot More Lenses for its SL Mirrorless Camera Next Year

Leica plans to add five new lenses for its SL Camera system over the next 18 months, including one ultra-wide zoom and four prime lenses. The SL is Leica's first full frame mirrorless camera. It was launched in October 2015.
Details are sparse at the moment, but the company noted that they employed the “latest manufacturing methods, testing technologies and quality assurance controls in the production” of its new optics.
The lineup will start with the Leica Summilux-SL 50mm f/1.4 ASPH. with the APO-Summicron-SL 75mm f/2 ASPH., Leica APO-Summicron-SL 90mm f/2 ASPH. and Leica Summicron-SL 35mm f/2 ASPH. following in its wake.
The zoom lens will be the Leica Super-Vario-Elmar-SL 16-35mm f/3.5-4.5 ASPH. which joins the two existing zoom lenses on the market.
