The Epson SureColor P5000, the 17-inch wide-format successor to the Stylus Pro 4900, features a 10-color UltraChrome HDX pigment inkset with higher density black inks for increased overall contrast and dynamic range. Print life jumps to as long as 200 (color) and 400 years (black and white). With 220mL cartridges, the SC P5000 can handle large print runs. Built-in roll printing and a high-capacity cassette complement front and top paper feeds. Epson has taken care to add dust-proof features like a cover protecting the roll feed. Thanks to the mould-made process, the paper has interlocking fibers that not only strengthen the paper but add a rich texture as well.
