For Francesco Spighi who, a year ago, was working full time in engineering as a project manager, being the owner of his time is a dream come true. “Shooting weddings made the dream come true in an unexpected and creative way,” he explains. The father of two thanks his wife Daniela and his parents for believing in him during his transition into wedding photography. Success for Spighi in this realm is grounded in giving  clients an immersive feeling—”to be in the party and not just around it. I ask my clients to totally trust in me, and to be themselves. If they need a more formal approach, I’m not their guy.”
