Darek Novak

Darek Novak studied marketing in Poland before switching to wedding photography, but he inevitably relies on his former foray a lot in his current venture. While he’s amazed at what other photographers can achieve, Novak doesn’t try to emulate anybody. “I’m always looking for happiness in photos,” he says, rather than chasing the epic cliffhanger portrait or off-road adventure session that can often flood social media. Technically speaking, Novak shoots both digital (Nikon) and film (35mm and medium format).
