Runway Ready: Behind the Scenes Bridal Show [RF Photo of the Day]

Is this a bride getting ready, you ask? Well, not quite. Greg Finck, a Paris-based wedding and editorial photographer, shot this at New York International Bridal Week last fall.

“I spent the week with Style Me Pretty editors to shoot various runway shows,” he explains. “This photograph is from the Christos Bridal (Amsale Group) runway show. The model, Claire, was getting ready for runway, and I captured her glance, made of confidence and the stress you have before entering the runway, when you start to hear the crowd on the other side of the stage. That is what struck me the most about that photograph.”

The film-only photographer used a Contax 645 and Zeiss 80mm f/2 lens with Portra 800 film stock to get this shot.
