Florida-based shooter Jordan Burch was apparently in the right place at the right time when she snapped this epic wedding photo of newlyweds Chandler and Rachel on a beach in Pensacola, Florida. As Burch was shooting portraits, she suddenly heard the U.S. Navy flight demonstration squadron, the Blue Angels, fast approaching.

“Truth be told, I missed them on the first fly by,” Burch told Rangefinder. With her 50mm lens attached for detailed bride and groom portraits, she didn’t have time to adjust as the Navy aviators zoomed by. “I was devastated,” says the Pensacola native, who notes that the Blue Angels often fly by the beach on Sundays, usually just commuting to and from a show. “I’d never seen them do a maneuver like this on a Sunday afternoon!”

Luckily, Burch was given a second chance when the Blue Angels circled back around. She told ABC News, “We were in the middle of group portraits and I started to scream for everyone to get out of the photo because the Blues are coming back. Everyone ran to get out of the photo and Chandler just ran to Rachel and kissed her.”

More images from this beach wedding can be seen below. Burch, who has been shooting weddings for six years, told Rangefinder, “Shots like these are what keep me coming back for more. It’s the best wedding photo bomb ever for a girl like me!”
