What's in Your Bag, Jacob Getz?

Last month, the NYC-based photographer (film and motion) shared with us his work ethic, visual aesthetic and workflow for integrating multiple mediums across various creative platforms. Here, Jacob Getz [getzphoto.com] outlines some of the vital equipment that helps him get the job done, as well as a behind-the-scenes look at his Perseverance Project setup and some of the gear used.
This image is from the Perseverance Project, where Getz photographed MMA fighters before and after each of their bouts. This shot was taken on fight night when all the fighters were photographed on black seamless, captured on a Hasselblad with an HC 120mm f/4 macro lens.
"I’ve provided a partial equipment list that I use all the time. Because each job requires a myriad of different lenses, lighting and light modifiers, I pick from my arsenal of equipment based on the specs and requirements to get the best out of each job. If I do not have something that I anticipate needing on set, I will rent it," Getz says.
